Hope Worldwide. Bringing Hope. Changing Lives.

Ecuador Volunteer Corps

(July 3-14)

Ecuador is renowned as a country with extraordinary biodiversity and unique sites, such as the Galapagos Islands, the Amazon rainforest, and its volcanoes. Several sites in the city have been recognized as cultural heritage sites, including the “Historic Center,” which features buildings like the Basilica and Panecillo, both offering impressive views of the city.

HOPEww Ecuador invites you to join their mission and make a meaningful impact in the lives of local families and children in the community of Kunugyaku!

On the Ecuador HVC, participants will engage in four key programs that foster sustainable change in Kunugyaku: the Worthy Bathroom Program, the Cultivate Program, the Seed of Tomorrow Program, and the Building Hope Program. Through these initiatives, volunteers will:

  • Paint newly constructed bathroom facilities
  • Help maintain the community greenhouse and seedbed, as well as assist in building a new greenhouse
  • Mentor local youth, encouraging them to pursue their academic dreams
  • Contribute to the construction of a new room for an elderly woman in need

We encourage individuals with experience in gardening, agriculture, construction, and teaching to bring their skills and passion to this impactful volunteer opportunity. Partner with HOPEww Ecuador and make a difference in the vibrant communities of Kunugyaku!
