Nepal is a country of amazing natural beauty, but the needs are many, especially after the pandemic. Back by popular demand we are hosting our second volunteer corps for people over the age of 40 (no children allowed; we have another trip in December which is open to all ages). All the volunteers will spend the week in Kathmandu, engaging with the programs of HOPEww Nepal. We have a school, a vocational training center (computer classes and spoken English), and a women’s economic empowerment program (tailoring classes, beauty culture, and entrepreneurship training).
No talents needed, but we will use your skills (medical, education, IT, construction, etc). Nepal is beautiful, has a lot of rich history, the sights are amazing, and if you wish to extend your stay beyond the Volunteer Corps, there are beautiful treks in the mountains, as well as many fun activities and sights to experience.
Due to the age group for this trip we will have a slightly slower pace to accommodate everyone. This is not a Youth Corps!
