Worldwide Disaster Update

Shane Engel • September 1, 2017

Disasters and emergencies are affecting human lives, not just in Texas, but across the globe; causing casualties and disrupting the lives of millions. HOPE worldwide is a humanitarian nonprofit organization that continues to monitor situations worldwide. Like any nonprofit, we have limited resources and will not be able to respond to every disaster and emergency. However, with the support of many, we are trying to meet as many needs as possible. We wanted to bring to your attention the current situations that are happening around the world, as we also concentrate relief efforts in Texas and Louisiana. Charles Ham, Global Disaster Response Coordinator for HOPEww, has provided a summary of the current global disaster hot spots to keep us informed.

Thank you for all your prayers and support.
